Rent a full winemaking setup from Todd

Todd has the gear to run several batches at once — and most weeks it's sitting on a shelf in a Metro Detroit warehouse waiting for his next personal batch. Rather than letting it collect dust, he'd rather see it making wine. If you're in the area and want to try home winemaking without buying a single carboy, this is for you.

Good to know

Where do you serve?

Metro Detroit — Plymouth, Northville, Canton, Livonia, Novi, Ann Arbor, and the surrounding areas. If you're nearby and not sure, just ask in the form.

What's NOT included?

Consumables: wine kits or juice, bottles, corks, labels, and one-use sanitizer. We can point you at where to buy them — or you can pick a kit from our shopping lists.

Deposit and cleaning?

There's a refundable deposit on take-home rentals to cover any gear that comes back broken or stained. Wash everything well before returning it; if it needs a deeper clean we'll handle it and pull it from the deposit.

What if I break something?

Stuff happens. Tell us — we'd rather know than not. Glass carboys especially have a tendency to find tile floors. The deposit covers replacement cost on most items.

Can Todd make the wine for me?

No — this isn't a make-wine-for-you service, it's a rental. He's happy to walk you through the steps and rack a batch with you the first time, but the wine you make is your own work.
